In Love, engaged and married

This card tells a couple's story with 'polaroids' from falling in love and taking the first selfie together to getting engaged and married. ''Verliebt, verlobt, verheiratet'', as we say in German. I hope you like this wedding card!

Vintage Engagement Congratulations Card

I've had this floral sticky fabric in my stash for a long time and when I was asked to create a vintage themed engagement card it immediately came to my mind. I die cut it with the "Wonky Stitched Rectangle" by My Favorite Things and really like the stitching on the fabric. Since engagement screams all things "heart" I thought it would be a good opportunity to use this heart die by Concord & 9th again. I created a soft blue, beige and gold watercolor panel and used it for all the die cut elements on this card.

Gameboy Wedding Card

You Are My Mountain, You Are My Sea

This card is very different from the wedding cards I usually make and I must say that it's one of my favorites so far. I softly ink blended the mountains and waves onto Bristol smooth cardstock, framed them and handlettered the sentiment (that was the motto of the wedding reception) around it. I used Finetec gold watercolors which pop beautifully on the white cardstock and create a beautiful shine on the rather minimalistic card.

Peony Wedding Card

When I was asked to create a vintage wedding card for a friend I went through my stash and found this beautiful vintage looking sticky fabric that I bought a while ago. I think it is a beautiful background and goes very well with my Altenew peony stamps. I heat embossed the peonies and colored them in shades of blue and light beige.
